Custom-built rods at factory prices!
Kelly builds custom fly rods, spinning rods, casting rods and drifting rods using blanks by Sage, Winston, G. Loomis, Thomas & Thomas and St. Croix. The rod components and assembly are of a higher quality than "production line" rods. Rod performance is improved by advanced assembly techniques too time-consuming for factory work.

Kelly's custom rods are assembled using special efforts such as:

"Splining" - Finding the true spline of the rod and placing the guides along the spline - improves the rod's power and allows "true" line-tracking.

Proper guide sizing and placement - ensures the best casting and fish-fighting properties.

Your choice of components - choose your own blank, reel seat, handle type, guides (single- or double-foot), wrap colors, decorative tipping wraps, etc.
